Customer Sevice Manager
Kacie was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and raised in Surprise, Arizona. Kacie always had a love for the culinary arts and realized it was her passion in high school. She took multiple culinary classes and led her school’s chapter of Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) as President. Upon graduation, Kacie was accepted into Northern Arizona University with a full-ride scholarship for her academics and for being a first-generation college student. She followed her passion for hospitality and majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) with a minor in Business.
While attending NAU, Kacie took many restaurant-oriented courses and dreamed of one day owning her own Cafe. She came across the HRM Cafe, a coffee shop run by student volunteers. Kacie joined immediately and was one of only a handful of staff members. By her senior year, she had worked her way up to General Manager and double the number of volunteers. The HRM Cafe was discovered by a very generous beverage company that not only sponsored but also donated equipment and beverage supplies. That amazing company was CULT Artisan Beverage! Due to their donations, Kacie and the volunteers were able to use their proceeds for trips to the National Coffee Expo, scholarships, and much more.
Kacie graduated from NAU with honors and even a year earlier than her peers. She was offered a Restaurant Management position upon graduation and worked her way up to Kitchen Manager by the age of 22. Kacie stayed connected with CULT over the years and jumped at the opportunity to work with them again as the Customer Service Manager!
